In order to expand our high quality product rage, we've sourced certain items from high quality manufacturers throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas. Certain items will be shipped from these locations, through these partner companies. They will be branded separately and will arrive at different times than your Dank Master items. Do not worry if you receive some items before the rest, rest assured all the items are on their way.
Parcels will be delivered on weekdays only, we are unable to deliver on a weekend. We understand that many people are not home during business hours, and in that case suggest having your order sent to a business address.
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly as we are not liable for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect entry. Please note, if you are unable to be present at the time of the delivery, we are not liable for parcels left on your porch and/or front door or missed deliveries. We strongly recommend making previous arrangements with your local postal service to ensure the safety of your parcels.
